Duck meat is dark and rich. Duck eggs are rich too - and bigger than chicken eggs. Both are intriguing alternatives to other poultry products and can be prepared quite deliciously. We visit Genuine Faux Farm in Tripoli where they raise duck. Chef Tom Skold from Restauration in Decorah takes the mystery out of cooking with duck when he prepares a couple of divine duck dishes in our studio kitchen.
