On this episode, we’ll visit Morning Glory Farm in Mount Vernon to learn some secrets to growing cabbage. Then, Chef Julie Schoenherr from SoHo American Kitchen in Sioux City will join us in the kitchen to put a creative twist on some recipes using cabbage.
